Skill Role Relevant Experience 2 to 5 yrs in Tech Support Non Voice Qualification Bachelors Masters Equivalent

Years of Experience Strong understanding of Operating systems, Office suite, Email Clients, VPN, Wireless, Mobility, Desktop and laptop issues. Basic understanding of ITSM Ticketing Tools.Strong in technical and analytical skills.Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of common software problems. Proven ability to function in a self-directed environment.Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces.Should be capable of working in a 724 support environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
