Skill Role Relevant Experience 2 to 5 yrs in Tech Support Non Voice Qualification Bachelors Masters Equivalent

Years of Experience Strong understanding of Operating systems, Office suite, Email Clients, VPN, Wireless, Mobility, Desktop and laptop issues. Basic understanding of ITSM Ticketing Tools.Strong in technical and analytical skills.Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of common software problems.
