Depending on the work environment, such documents may include various media, including written and video. May include maintenance of documentation library and oversight of special projects.DescriptionA Technical Writer Is responsible for the creation and maintenance and conversion of documentation for publishing in our Knowledge Management Tool. A Technical Writer must be able to review content and validate accuracy, perform editing processes and procedures using the Knowledge Management Tool. A Technical Writer must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and is responsible for converting current content into different style and design templates.
