What does a great Software Development Engineering - Sr Professional II do?

  • We are looking for Senior Professional with strong Angular background to join our awesome team and deliver a streamlined user experience. We want a team member who strives to develop a first-class codebase using Angular best practices. As an Angular Developer, you will implement a complete user interface in the form of a mobile and desktop web app.
  • The ideal candidate will have top notch technical skills, a great eye for design, and excellent communication skills, and will be able to work autonomously in a fast-paced agile environment.

As a Software Development Engineering - Sr Professional II, you can look forward to:
  • Perform application development, including unit testing, code deployment to development environment and technical documentation.
  • Guide and mentor junior developers in developing code and workflow procedures and conduct code reviews.
  • Works independently to support software through the entire software development lifecycle.
  • Works on one or more projects, making contributions to unfamiliar code written by team members.
  • Diagnose and resolve performance issues.
  • Participates in estimation process, use case specifications, reviews of test plans and test cases, requirements, and project planning.
  • Documents code/processes so that any other developer can dive in with minimal effort.
  • Introduces tools and automates repetitive processes

Basic qualifications for consideration:
  • 3+ years of hands on experience with Angular 8 or higher version
  • 5+ years of hands on experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Familiar with testing frameworks (Ex. Jasmine)
  • Experience with RESTful services
  • Hand on and implements complex Angular applications, directives, controllers, services
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Agile process

Preferred qualifications for consideration:
  • Familiarity with state management framework like ngRx
  • Experience in Git / Github
  • Experience in JavaScript build tools like grunt or gulp
  • Test runner framework (Ex. Karma)
  • Experience with contributing to open source projects
  • Experience in developing responsive application for different devices like iOS, Android etc.
  • Ability to work in a distributed team environment.
  • Experience in the Financial sector is a plus
