This position functions as the Team Lead with a focus on cargo products originating from Florida, Caribbean and Latin America.Specifically, you'll do the following:

​Provides strategic guidance, focus and leadership to a team of analysts

Works closely with other departments including Sales, Operations, Finance and Strategy to identify growth opportunities and create innovative pricing and customer strategies that meet market demand

Assists with the implementation of Cargo's forecasting and optimization tools designed to maximize unit revenue performance

Creates developmental opportunities for team members

Participates in the development of the annual revenue plan

Presents projects and revenue results to senior management

Qualifications Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training

​Strong leadership, analytical, technical, interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to lead a team and to support critical business decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Strong aptitude for creative problem solving and for synthesizing large volumes of detailed information into a concise presentation

Ability to make independent decisions as well as the ability to prioritize tasks, to work well with minimal supervision and to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to help new analysts develop core revenue management competencies

Outcome-focused, able to develop own and team priorities towards key deliverables

Ability to project a positive attitude to both management and a team of analysts

Preferred Qualifications

​MBA degree

Revenue management experience

Knowledge of supply chain/cargo/air freight economics
