Title: Business Systems Analyst (Remote/ HQ in Ft Worth) (20% travel) (SQL Database) Location: Remote Type: 12+ month Contract Pay: $33-$37.50 /hr Experience: 3+ yrs Visa: USC JOB DESCRIPTION Our Fortune 100 client seeks one (1) Business Systems Analyst to work closely with Finance business partners and IT to develop and test new solutions and functionality. This is an Entry level position within this group and may be an Intern assignment. The Business Systems Analyst/Associate assists in formulating and defining systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with a basic understanding of business systems and industry requirements. This role will provide system and process related support for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. In addition to daily business support, this role is responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements to these systems. Responsibilities & Tasks:- Knowledge and ability to comprehend analytical models and financial reporting across an organization
- Advanced analytical, diagnostic and technical skills
- SQL database experience required for technical support requirements with Infor d/EPM application
- Build and modify applications or technical interfaces, maintain data security, and troubleshoot problems with business applications.
- Excellent documentation skills are required
- Ability to work successfully from the home office exhibiting both interpersonal and team-oriented skills.
- Assists in formulating and defining systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding.
- Considers business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.
- Other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
