This position is responsible for client intimacy, a thorough understanding of their organization and activity globally and the generation and monitoring of a business development plan and strategy to grow profitable revenue and market share of the ALS (Artificial Lift) product line.Essential Responsibilities:
Develops and implements strategic and tactical marketing plans for incremental growth of the ALS business in collaboration with the respective end user Region management at ALS
Works closely with OFS GAM in Houston to ensure transparency of communication and activities throughout ALS with this key client
Assures strategies are consistent with overall objectives for the organization
Prioritizes product opportunities to maximize sales and profits
Develops and maintains relationships across the client's organization
Develops and maintains relationships with internal customers related to products/applications and services
Compile Total Available Market information for the ALS Product Line and for Global Key Accounts
Develop competitive Landscape for the ALS Product Line.
Develop a clear understanding of competitor strengths and weaknesses with ExxonMobil
Identify and coordinate opportunities for Technology introduction/new Technology development in collaboration with PLHQ and the Regions
Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators
Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company's Deal Machine sales management system
Handle Special Projects as assigned
Collaborate closely with our other BHGE colleagues to ensure that we maximize transfer of information and opportunity development
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. 8+ years of experience in related field
Thorough understanding of customer requirements and market conditions
Thorough understanding of product/applications and service of primary focus
Good knowledge of products/applications and service of secondary focus
Good business acumen
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Commitment to customer service and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Strong leadership skills
Must be fluent in English
