currently hiring a Lead Supply Chain Finance Analyst based in Houston, Texas.The Lead Supply Chain Finance
Analyst will be key to supporting the Global Supply Chain COE’s within BHGE HQ
in ensuring Financial, Controllership and operational excellence. This role
needs to work cross functionally, cross product company and within HQ to ensure
accurate and robust reporting, forecasting and analysis for these COE’s. This role will also manage complex issues
within the functional area of expertise, be involved in short and long-term
planning and contribute to execution of the overall strategy.Essential Responsibilities:Inthe role of Lead Supply Chain Finance Analyst
you will:
Serve as a business partner to theSupply Chain COE’s operating team and Sourcing Finance teams across BHGE todrive business initiatives, growth, profitability and accountability
Ensure BHGE Financial reporting forSupply Chain COE base cost, accounts payable and sourcing metrics is completedquarterly via a streamlined process
Provide financial leadership andsupport in coordination and preparation of the annual, monthly and quarterlyoperating rhythms which occur across BHGE
Lead, support and monitor monthly /quarterly estimates and execution of key operational metrics for COE base costand Sourcing operations.
Maintain and adjust financialpolicies and procedures owned by Global Supply Chain HQ, ensure controllershipand consistency of accounting process across the operations, drivecontrollership awareness and processes through COE Sourcing teams and ensurefinance compliance.
Provide support to Buy to Pay COE asthey work to harmonize/enforce BHGE processes where required.
Support the strategic sourcinginitiatives to drive lower cost supplier spend and payment terms extension
Drive big data utilization andanalyze opportunities to drive cost reduction and cash improvements
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’sdegree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
3+ years ofrelated experience in Finance
Stronganalytical skills including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strongwritten and oral communication skills; ability to interact with members ofthe Executive+ management team
Desired Characteristics:
Financeleadership training program graduate preferred
Experiencein Supply Chain Finance / FP&A
Experiencein MS Office Suite and Oracle Hyperion
