- Bachelor' s degree in Information Technology or related field; or 10+ years in information technology and cybersecurity positions and responsibility.
- 10+ years of experience in information technology support or operations.
- 2+ years of Microsoft 365 administration.
- Significant experience in deploying software or laptops via SCCM, Intune, or both.
- Must have foundational knowledge of network and infrastructure design, server management and application management.
- Attention to detail with excellent time management and communication skills.
- Great professional and interpersonal skills and a team player with high performance standards.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all IT team members.
- Design, plan, manage and move into operational mode various technology, security and digital services, projects, tool or platforms.
- Provide top-level support when needed to technical support team or infrastructure team.
- Provide extensive and thorough direction and documentation to IT peers, and end users as needed, to operate new digital tools and technology.
- Assist, manage and implement security tools, platforms and processes as directed by firm leadership.
- Directly participate in planning and project management activities related to information and data security.
- Other relevant job duties as assigned or required by IT leadership to support environment changes.
