This job is a member of the Benefits Team within the People Division.

Responsible for maintaining day-to-day accountability for well-being programs' successful implementation, project management, and evaluation while ensuring vendor partners deliver engaging and effective services. Programs include well-being engagement and rewards, onsite clinics, onsite EAP, onsite fitness center, weight management, and other solutions provided by various vendors.

What you'll do

Ensures and regularly documents vendors are administering programs in accordance to the agreed upon scope of services, are meeting agreed upon service levels and performance standards. When standards or milestones are not met, quickly intervenes to correct vendor performance. 35%

Partners with communications team in the strategy and delivery of team member communications and building a knowledge base to support team member engagement for all assigned programs. 10%

Works closely with reporting analyst to ensure program progress is documented via organized and integrated dashboards. 10%

Works closely with program coordinators to develop and implement annual program calendar, ensuring engaging, ongoing activities are scheduled that promote assigned programs and engage team members. 10%

Leads implementation phase of any assigned project including gathering, defining and documenting business and eligibility requirements, working closely with vendors and internal teams such as benefits to achieve work stream objectives. 10%

Acts as an expert resource for team member well-being resources and programs administered by well-being vendor partners, providing information and assistance, and escalating issues as needed while tracking progress until resolution. 5%

Assists in development and documentation of team strategy, processes, procedures and policies. 5%

Prepares and delivers presentations effectively and efficiently, including to senior level management. 5%

Promotes well-being programs through active, ongoing communications and demonstrated commitment to personal well-being. 5%

Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local health and welfare and leave regulations. 5%

All you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience/training

5 years of demonstrated project management experience with complex technical and administrative deliverables

2 years of experience with eligibility files and/or business requirements gathering, definition, and documentation techniques

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience/training

Project management designation

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

Strong organizational and project/process management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with internal customers, team members, management, and external vendors

Demonstrated presentation and public speaking skills

Independently able to analyze and research complex issues and provide resolution

Self-directed, organized, and able to meet strict deadlines within a fast-paced environment

Strong computer aptitude including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, web-enabled benefits eligibility and enrollment systems, and various web-based tools
