Manager, on the Digital Technologies Human Resources (HR) Applications Team, is

responsible for the planning, operational management and day-to-day execution

of key projects for the BHGE HR organization. This individual will partner

closely with the HR leadership team, HR business partners and other key

stakeholders to drive the delivery of a wide variety of projects.Essential Responsibilities:In the role of Staff Technical

Project Manager, you will:

Workwith technical teams to deliver features and significant products thatmeet the HR function’s needs

Demonstrateexpert level skill in problem decomposition and ability to navigatethrough ambiguity

Engagefrequently with the HR team and software delivery resources; facilitatediscussions, provide clarification, story acceptance and refinement,testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisions

Ownand manage the backlog; continuously order and prioritize to ensure that1-2 sprints / iterations of backlog are always ready

Conductcustomer and stakeholder interviews and elaborate on HR requirements

Demonstratesuperior persuasion and influencing skills that ensure alignment between HR,domain leaders and development teams

Demonstratesexcellent business & HR domain acumen.

Organize project teamscomprising from internal and external technical and functional expertsbased on budget, scope and timeline

Manage day-to-day executionof multiple interdependent projects by working directly with globaltechnical teams

Manage procurement andonboarding process

Manage project plan, risks/issues,scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of theproject

Manage stakeholdercommunication and progress reporting at various levels of the organizationincluding leadership and executives

Ensure quality ofdeliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations

Ensure lessons learned arecollected

Perform initial and finalfinancial reviews, and ensure ongoing budget tracking

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree inInformation Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, orEngineering or 4 years of IT technical experience

Minimum 5 years of ITprofessional experience

Minimum 3 years ofprofessional experience in Software Development Project Managementincluding project and financial management leading cross-functionalinitiatives and/or large global projects

Desired Characteristics:

The successful candidatewill have significant functional knowledge of HR as well as significanttechnical knowledge of a core set of Digital Technologies used by HR (examples include Workday, SAP, Kronos,etc.) Experience is not required in all areas listed, but candidate mushshow depth in a core set of technologies & have demonstrated HR domainexpertise

Both types of candidateswill be considered: HR experts with significant Digital Technologyexposure or DT experts with significant HR domain expertise

Proven experience usingproject management methodologies to deliver business value and drivesignificant change across an organization

Experience managing budgetsincluding budget, spend, and liquidations.

Strong understanding andknowledge of various project and portfolio management methodologies withtrack record of implementing shared standards for large organizations

Strong leadership skillswith ability to influence outcomes and organize teams to attain sharedgoals

Excellent influencing,interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) with alllevels of an organization

Self-starter - requiresminimal direction to accomplish goals. Strong track record ofunderstanding and interest in current and emerging technologiesdemonstrated through training, job experience and / or industry activities
