- The qualified candidate will participate in development of interface specification between software vendors, hospital and business departments, and other application teams within Information Services.
- Assist in the design, development, documentation, implementation, and support of integration applications, including 24x7 on-call duties.
- Maintain a working knowledge of integrated applications and associated user procedures in order to facilitate testing and trouble-shooting activities.
- Ensure appropriate use of HL7 (Health Level 7) and other integration standards.
- Monitor the status of all interfaces to insure the timely flow of data to the respective systems.
- May be assigned to coordinate specific projects and resources related to such projects.
- Must have Cloverleaf Integration Engine level 2 certification or experience and be familiar with Unix and TCL. Must have Epic Bridges certification.
- Must participate in managing system administration activities on interface engine systems.
- Must be able to work within both a team-oriented environment and independently.
- Ability to comprehend complex technical and logic flows and project management skills is required.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely through written and verbal communications is required. Strong interpersonal skills are required.
- Epic Bridges Required – 5 years
- Configuration of interfaces in Cloverleaf engine
- familiar with UNIX and TCL; Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years Epic Bridges and Cloverleaf experience
- Education and Certification: Epic Bridges certified; Cloverleaf
- Integration Engine level 1 and/or level 2 certification.
