Our company owns and operates 30 vacation rental homes on the island and we are looking for a Customer Service Manager that is a motivated, self-starter with a positive, problem-solving attitude. We are growing quickly and looking for people that hustle like we do, to add to our team. We can offer a full-time position. Depending on a number of factors we can offer $15-$20 per hour with raises and bonuses to be discussed.

Prior experience in vacation rentals or customer service is required. Particularly, prior experience with the large vacation rental companies on the island is preferred. We are just looking for someone that is energetic, can take responsibilities and run with them and we can teach everything else you'd need to know.

Core responsibilities are: responding to customer messages, emails, phone calls. Working with our maintenance and cleaning crews to ensure all the homes are clean and maintained. Meeting guests on an as needed basis and issue resolution. Doing walkthroughs of all the homes for fixes/improvements. Taking best practices from previous jobs and applying them to our company.

Secondary responsibilities down the road are: purchasing interior decorations and assisting with furnishing the homes (if you've got an interest in interior design, this would be a great job), managing of social media accounts and website, process improvement and special projects.

This job would allow flexibility to work from home from time to time, but would also require a bit of driving around the island from house to house. We would prefer someone that lives on the island, as we get a lot of calls and messages from guests that require immediate attention. This position would require nights and weekend work, as needed, especially during the busy Summer season.

This is a strategic position that would grow with us and our company with long-term potential. The official position title is Manager of Customer Service.
