Social Media / Marketing Assistant
The marketing assistant will post daily on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Craigslist, and more. This person must be creative smart and sharp! Must be able to multi-task, be extremely organized and most important be aggressive and interested in the current social media and online trends. Experience with graphic design and social media platforms is a MUST. The role will include assisting with various needs and coordinating marketing initiatives, community partnerships, and online ad management.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Write and design images / content for all social media
Create graphic marketing materials
Create graphic emails to send to customers and prospects
Execute a strategic content schedule for social media & online advertising channels
Create marketing materials for advertising.
Help create brochures and flyers.
Develop interesting and creative ways to further serve our community
Qualifications and Skills:
Must have some basic graphic design experience and desire to expand skill set
Must be creative and innovative
Must have knowledge and understanding of multiple social media platforms, metrics, and tracking
Demonstrates ability to organize, manage, prioritize, set goals and meet established deadlines
Professional written and verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively perform and manage a variety of tasks simultaneously.
Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus
