Advaloremtax.net is a real estate tax consulting firm and is seeking a self-motivated executive assistant. Must be professional, fast learner, customer oriented, great multi-tasker, have exceptional attention to detail and get along with others. Need an analytical, organized person, who wants to work for a great company, in a fast-paced environment. Numbers oriented person with excellent computer skills preferred. Computer knowledge of MS office Applications, Word, Access, Excel and Outlook are a plus. Must communicate effectively and report to upper management. Willing to work required overtime when loads are heavy. Must have reliable transportation and reside within a reasonable distance of Kemah. This position is full time.
Responsibilities/skills include but are not limited to the following:
- Detail oriented, problem solver, critical thinker
- Answer phones including customer service
- Filing and scanning when necessary
- Accounts Receivables including Collections
- MS Excel, Word and Access proficient
- Quickbooks proficient
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including telephone manner)
- Database skills a plus
- Ability to work professionally and efficiently in a deadline driven environment
- Great organization skills; people person with initiative; team focused; strong attention to detail; flexible, can-do attitude; and willing to take ownership of tasks from beginning to end
