Apartment Community = Maintenance Position - Dickinson 77539
Looking for a person to be the following:
1. To be the on-site maintenance (jack of all trades) person.
2. To do site cleaning around the apartment community.
3. To do the make ready's after a tenant moves out.
4. To do the tenants maintenance work orders.
5. HVAC certified is a plus.
Requirements:
1. Must have your own tools.
2. Must have reliable transportation to pick up materials needed to do the maintenance work orders and make ready's.
3. Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not necessary.
4. Need to live within 30 minutes away form the property. Zip code 77539.
5. Need to have a cell phone to communicate with the main office maintenance department and to be able to text messages back and forth.
