Looking for individuals with truck or van, ladders and own tools to work as maintenance techs on commercial properties like shopping centers inside and outside, office buildings, some multi-family residential properties. Need knowledge of electrical, plumbing repairs, painting, roof repairs, exterior lighting, parking lot lighting, roofing repairs, concrete patches, repairing locks, emergency board ups after break ends etc. This is a full time position and we have on-call 24 hr service for those interested in overtime pay. We have jobs located all over South Houston, Clear Lake area, Alvin, and Galveston
