Other duties may be assigned.Reads job specifications to determine material requirements. Follows order filling procedure.Observes machine operation to maintain proper material dimensions.Measures work piece dimensions to determine accuracy of machine operation.Completes filling out work order and production sheets with all necessary information (lot number, tag number, P.O., packaging information.) Cuts from and returns to rem stock.Reports any irregularities to Q.C. Administrator/Manager for direction.Maintains work area in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.Wears hard hat, safety shoes, and safety glasses.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.MATHMATICAL SKILLSAbility to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.REASONING ABILITYAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
