Unit DescriptionSodexo is seeking a Clinical Nutrition Manager 2 for St. David's Georgetown Hospital located in Georgetown, Texas .St. David's Georgetown Hospital is licensed for 114 beds with an average census of 50-70 patients. We provide full time clinical coverage of ICU, Medical/Surgical, Impatient Rehab and Labor and Delivery.The successful candidate will:
manage the clinical nutrition management program within a hospital or a facility;
lead a team of entry level and experienced dietitians;
advocate to expand and promote the role of Clinical Nutrition throughout the facility;
collaborate with the implementation and management of Sodexo’s room service program and menu management system;
foster a culture of learning that promotes career growth and professional development;
proactively seek out and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders that is integral to moving efforts of the department forward;
drive Performance Improvement and Quality Management projects;
provide nutrition care to a variety of patient units as needed.

be a Registered Dietitian in an acute care or clinical setting and demonstratea great clinical knowledge base
have proven supervisory or management experience with an aptitude for program growth and development.
