job detailsLooking for great pay and benefits? Randstad is looking for a CNC Maintenance Technician located in Austin, Tx. In this role you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC Machinery, annealing ovens, and other electrically controlled equipment specific to the facility. You will also be responsible for performing regular preventative maintenance. For this role you must have experience to identify, order components for, and build simple electromechanical, electro-pneumatic, and electro-hydraulic systems. CNC networking, Fanuc FOCAS, MTConnect integration is a plus.salary: $48,000 - $58,000 per yearshift: Thirdwork hours: 6 PM - 6 AMeducation: High` SchoolResponsibilitiesComplete maintenance work and repair orders in a timely fashion
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machinery, annealing ovens, and other electrically controlled equipment specific to the facility assigned
Perform routine preventive maintenance
Maintain material and supply inventory
Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Use machine tool manuals, technical documents, electrical/mechanical diagrams, internal and vendor resources to research machine issues
Identify and replace parts as necessary
The essential functions of this role include:wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
standing for 8 hours at one time
