with external consultant writers to produce winning Medicaid managed care bids
for a leading national managed care company.Primary duties include, but are
not limited to:
Writing assignments, section reviews, post-award deep dives,coaching, process improvement.
Will be expected to bring innovations thatincrease quality and efficiency and leverage the talents of writers and subjectmatter experts.
Priorities between live bid periods will include writertraining and management of writer activities in populating a robust library ofcore content and capability/value proposition language, as well as working withother proposal management staff to evaluate new technologies for inclusion in ourprocess.
The successful applicant will collaborate with subject matter experts,proposal management associates and health plan leaders in positioning our teamto produce winning proposals.
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluatesperformance of direct reports.
Requires a BS/BA in a related field; 7+ years of experience related tohealth care writing, proposal management and/or writing management; 4+ years ofmanagement experience; or any combination of education and experience, whichwould provide an equivalent background.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software required, proficiency inproposal/business development automation solutions preferred (e.g., QvidianProposal Automation (QPA), SalesForce, Benefit Template Builder (BTB))APMP certificationpreferred.MBA, IIBA CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or Change ManagementProfessional Certification preferred.
