Description: Engineering Aide primary roles & responsibilities will be to provide technical support and manipulate technical data. Use analysis in the development of documentation/reports:Manpower Tools/Meetings/Manpower Profiles – manage, maintain, and update all tools:E&T Tools Database consisting of:TED Talent Employee Database) - updating, maintaining, and reports.EFT (Employee Forecasting Tool) Database - Centralized management Loading Database – updating, maintaining, and reporting.TRS (Talent Requisition System) Database – report generation, updating, tracking, and prepare reports.Tableau Summary Reports – review & analyze to identify critical issues.Develop and manage excel spreadsheets with pivot tables for reporting purposes.Coordinate Command Media.Training – update curriculum, course schedules, maintain reporting metrics.Coordinate Dallas Budget request/Charge Numbers requests.Help maintain/support/update TE SharePoint.Skills: Strong organization skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel. Self-starter and must be able to complete tasks with limited input and guidance. Continuous learner.
