Description: This position will be responsible for collaborating with other communications functions to develop and enhance employee and executive communications at Missiles and Fire Control (MFC). The MFC Employee and Executive Communications lead will work closely with Communications colleagues and partners across functions including, but not limited to, HR, Engineering & Technology and Information Technology. Using data-driven insights, the successful candidate will also play a key role in identifying opportunities for continued improvement and streamlining Communications processes. Some travel between sites may be required. The successful candidate will be highly accountable, proactive, collaborative, a strong writer and a strategic thinker.Key Tasks: Aligns strategic messaging and identifies synergies in support of integrated communications plans across MFC’s HR, Engineering & Technology and Information Technology organizations Identifies and reports on the team’s outcome-focused metrics to convey the business value of Communications Manages creation of graphics, photos and videos with our visual communications team Supports other special projects, as requiredBasic Qualifications:Basic Qualifications Strong writer Experience developing integrated communications plans Ability to translate technical jargon into easily-understandable content Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to work in US as a permanent resident.
