job detailsWe are seeking detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Associates to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and shipping products using Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring the accuracy of inventory, and maintaining a clean, efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities:
Process product receipts, verify shipments, and handle cross-docking
Prepare and process orders for shipment, including documentation such as packing slips and bills of lading
Interact with internal teams and external couriers to ensure smooth operations
Maintain stock levels and keep the warehouse organized
Qualifications:
Organizational skills with attention to detail
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to regularly stand, walk, lift, and perform physical tasks

Adheres to established safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
Utilizes Warehouse Management System (WMS) to receive and process products for placement into Distribution Center (DC) inventory or for shipment of cross dock items
Verifies that the product and quantity received matches the advanced ship notice (ASN)
Utilizes Company Operating System (COS and WMS) to process orders to be shipped to Branch, Customer or DC
Verifies that the product into the appropriate shipping container for shipment to Branch, Customer or DC
Prepares packing slips, shipping labels, bills of lading, and other required documents as needed
Consolidates specific Branch shipments from multiple order processing zones for processing as needed
Ensures warehouse work areas and equipment are clean, orderly and properly maintained
Ensures all orders are processed accurately and timely
Replenishes primary stock shelves from reserve stock locations as needed
Interacts with other DC employees to resolve any problems with customer orders
Interacts with external couriers and truck drivers to ensure product is efficiently transferred to and from shipping vehicles
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 6 hours at one time
