Description: Lockheed Martin is seeking a Program Planner for a position in Grand Prairie, TX. Duties include:Supports senior Master Planning and Scheduling personnel in the preparation and maintenance of plans and schedules for new or existing programsDetermines, monitors, and coordinates schedules and budgets with Finance personnelResolves proposal preparation problems, prepares Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and assesses the progress against established plans and parametersFormulates and recommends corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, and work requirements.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communications or related discipline from an accredited college.Must have the ability to obtain security clearance.Microsoft Office Suite experience (Specifically Power Point and Excel)Desired Skills:Minimum 3.0 GPAFamiliarity with Microsoft ProjectExcellent computer skillsAnalysis and critical thinking skillsEarned Value knowledgeUnderstanding of Critical Path Methodology (CPM)Understanding of Critical Path AnalysisFamiliar with Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)Understanding of Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:job.QualificationsLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
