Title: Sr. Software Application Developer
Description:Luna Data Solutions is currently seeking a Sr. Software Application Developer to join our customers R&D team. You would be an integral part of a small – medium size team working in a state-of-the art facility utilizing innovative technologies with the regards to the production of large entertainment, sporting, and concert events. The environment is exciting and fast paced and when deadlines must be met “They Have To Be Met” or the show won’t go on. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, can adapt quickly to change, and hit the ground running. Essential functions:- Design, code, and test Cocoa/Objective C software for entertainment lighting systems.
- Develop and implement user interface designs.
- Use configuration management tools to track and control changes.
- Programming skills in C / Objective C.
- Knowledge of Cocoa and other core Apple technologies.
- BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or the equivalent work/education experience.
- 10+ years of software development experience preferred.
- 5+ years of MacOs or iOS software development experience.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
- The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty pounds.
- Must be able to communicate effectively by listening and in both written and verbal forms.
- Minimum as required.
