opportunities and partnering strategies for the Commercial and Specialty Business Division (CSBD). Ideal candidate for this

role will:

Providedirect professional support and staffing to executive management and lead thecomprehensive strategic and annual planning for the business.

Designand execute allCSBDmanagement processes.

Coordinatethe communication and implementation of key decisions.

Manageinternal andexternal stakeholder relations strategies andfacilitate the decision making process across the management team.

Conductin-depth strategic research.

Provideanalytical support including the analysis and synthesis of business andtechnical journals and government documents with a high attention todetail.

Translatecomplex technical information intoexecutive-readyformatsincluding graphical displaysfora wide varietyof internal and external audiences.

Analyze,research and develop complex materials and documentsrelating to health issues,businessperformance market dynamic issues operational issues and generalmanagement issues.

Lead theannual and strategic planning throughout working withCSBD leadersto integrate the businesscase developmentwith the financial planning and coordinateeffortsacross all stakeholders.

Respond to urgent business needs fromCSBDexecutive management and triage work on anon-going basis.

The

successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and experience. S/he will lead the creation and/or refinement

of strategic plans to support growth in support of and aligned with our CSBD

business strategies. Additionally, we will drive business development

activities with external partners to expand our solution footprint.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead cross-functional efforts across the enterprisein an internal consultingcapacity

Employment of analytics and experimentationtechniquesto support new idea pilots and business development opportunities

Exploring and managing external partners, working across thebusinesses/functions to ensuredesired objectives achieved

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

Requiresa BA/BS degree in a related field; 8 years of management experience withsignificant large-scale project management strategic planning and/orconsulting in the health care industry; or any combination of education andexperience which would provide an equivalent background.

Mastersdegree andmanagement consulting background preferred.

Excellentleadership financial and analytical skills required. Strategicthinker with broad & deep understanding of the health care industryrequired.

Abilityto travel may be required.

Requires a strategic thinker with a broad & deep understanding ofthe health care industry and the ability to develop and execute logicalanalysis to drive toward key decisions

Demonstrated analytical skills, sense of curiosity,and effective problem solving

Ability to work through ambiguity, puttingstructure and “glide path” to broad enterprise initiatives

Proficiency evaluating market trends andbuilding actionable strategy.

Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonalcommunication, persuasion and negotiation skills required.Must be able to work across all levels of the company spanning from senior teamleadership to front line-level audiences.

Proven ability to set and execute a strategicvision.

Excellent track record of successful leadership anddemonstrated accomplishments, including leading significant change.

Demonstrated ability to motivate, build consensus,and drive change is required.
