SUMMARY Financial Systems Manager is a systems and process expert who supports and maintains financial systems in a consultative and functional role with a primary focus on GameStop's Coupa platform.Both technical and functional source-to-pay process experience is required to independently evaluate and deliver leading practice solutions for complex process problems using Coupa. An individual in this role has experience working with cross functional teams including technical and software engineering and has a thorough understanding of the S2P end-to-end process cycle including Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM-S), Supplier Information Management (SIM), Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receiving, Invoicing, Payments, and Expense Report Management.This is a hands-on role that is responsible for system configuration changes and testing. The manager will be accountable for the results of assigned projects and workstreams that focus on delivering process redesign and automation initiatives. Job Responsibilities Include:- Partner with business process owners to plan and manage the design, testing and implementation of source to pay systems with primary responsibility for the Coupa platform.
- Evaluate, test, and implement Coupa configuration requests.
- Maintain expert level understanding of GameStop's Coupa environment including integrations, configurations, and associated businss processes.
- Accountable for all Coupa-related deliverables in GameStop's global SAP S4/HANA implementation project within the S2P workstream
- Technical Coupa expert, assisting end users as needed
- Make key decisions on setup of system ensuring that all functionality and internal controls are incorporated
- Manage and execute the Coupa roadmap and continued assessment of applications throughout the organization
- Develop and document new source to pay procedures and identify areas where training is needed working closely with functional business process owners
- Develop and deliver functional training to end users ensuring effective utilization of source to pay functionality
- Manage the conversion of data to source to pay systems and reconcile to ensure data integrity
- Coordinate and lead system-related projects and initiatives such as, new system functionality and/or new technologies, working closely with technical staff
- Understand current state finance system and business processes, identify gaps, propose improvements, and evaluate solution alternatives
- Research supply chain best practices to identify and implement capabilities that drive optimization of processes and automation through source to pay systems technology including existing and emerging technologies
- Work closely with leadership to define priorities, direction, and timelines
- Provide inputs into resource plans, budgets, tracking and forecasting
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited program in a related discipline
- 7+ yrs. hands on experience in a Coupa system administrator role
- 2+ Coupa platform implementation cycles
- Prior Coupa consulting firm experience
- Expert level understanding of Coupa architecture, processes, table dependencies, and reporting tools
- Ability to lead project workshops for global user base
- PMP certification
- 5+ yrs. experience hands-on configuration of SAP IS Retail
- SAP consulting firm experience
