As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will have experience in implementation, collaboration, communication, and experience with ERP Applications and Integration, and Strategy. In this role, you will bring their passion for quality and user experience to manage the development and implement QA and support plans to deliver high quality products to our end users.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate testing efforts across multiple teams and oversee entire testing lifecycle
- Develop and implement automated testing processes to use during implementation and in the future for regression testing.
- Create executive status on quality metrics and progress of testing effort.
- Partner with internal teams and vendor to ensure high quality delivery.
- Identify and document defects and work with the team to resolve
- Actively participate in technical & functional discussions and reviews to understand business use of the software and test and support accordingly
- Continuously review, challenge, and optimize the effectiveness of QA processes and procedures to ensure a high-quality product is delivered.
- Oversee testing of cross platform andrd party ERP /Supply Chain applications. Currently implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&0. Any Erp Experience is acceptable
- Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation with Finance and Operations.
- Minimum 5 years' experience with automation tools: Selenium, RSAT preferred
- Experience managing different types of software testing (e.g., smoke testing, functional testing, end to end testing, user testing, performance testing etc.)
- At least 2 ERP implementation experience in a lead QA role.
