Job Number: 929 Riverside Research is looking for a candidate to provide product and quality assurance support to the 645 AESS for special access programs. This person will support Quick Reaction Capabilities (QRC) system installation on Big Safari managed programs to include design, installation, test and verification, operational performance, maintenance, and documentation. They will also be responsible for reviewing daily mission status reports from the end users organizations to detect deficiencies in system performance and spot negative trends in reliability and maintainability. All Riverside Research opportunities require U.S. Citizenship. Job Description- Client System Administrator/Specialist for all 645 AESS Squadron assigned domains
- Manages Information Technology (IT) client/mobile configuration and maintenance
- IT administrative support for 600 gov't and contractor users supporting 25 programs and 130 aircraft
- Serves unit home station, one Detachment, one operating location, teleworking and reach-back users
- Supports seven classified/unclassified domains/enclaves providing cybersecurity and information exchange
- Integrates and installs system hardware and software through repair, replacement, and technical upgrades
- Coordinates and installs solutions upgrades for availability, integrity, efficiency, & system component reliability
- Ensures rigorous patch auditing and application of cyber assurance updates, policies, and practices
- Performs system audits to assess security performance of IA controls within the domain/network environment
- Executes life-cycle forecasting and replacement for all End-of-Life equipment and incompatible components
- Maintains mobile device accountability and service as Tier 1 Unified Enterprise Mobile Manager
- Deploys, sustains, troubleshoots and repairs standard voice, data, video network and cryptographic client devices
- Backup network admin for all locations ensuring optimal endpoint and network connectivity
- Member of the Incident Response Team
- Minimum CompTIA Security + Certification
- Current TOP SECRET Security Clearance with SCI eligibility
- Two years of experience as Client System administrator
- Proficient in Microsoft client operating systems and office products
- Working knowledge of CISCO IOS
- Working knowledge of cryptographic devices
- Working knowledge of Cloud based servicesq
