Description:Within a third party call center representatives will be assisting Clients and Customers via telephone,e-mail, or chat with order inquiries requests problem resolution and comments/feedback regarding products/services within their finical campaign. Each Representative will be able to consult with clients and customers to identify additional needs related to the products or services. Recommends appropriate products services or solutions. Works on assigned client programs/campaign,and performs duties in a courteous efficient and professional manner. Meets Company and client goals for levels of performanceThis company is a leading provider of best-in-class integrated payment solutions and marketing services, serving multiple industries including financial services, retail, healthcare, insurance, and telecommunicationsESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Requesting reprints/credits. Ensuring security and privacy of customer’s information. Providing education and support regarding products and services. Acts/offers appropriate products services and solutions to meet customer needs. Responsibilities for inbound or outbound call segment applies based on individual assignment. Successfully completes initial new Specialist training program and participates and completes all required learning and ongoing training. Entering & processing orders. Processing cancel/change requests.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Skills: Comfortable with continuous Inbound calls Comfortable to work within Call Center environment Data Entry while working with customers over the phone Ability to Multitask Ability to Toggle between multiple screens Hours: Must be Flexible- hours will range from 7am-8pm Monday- Sunday, must be available to work one day of the weekend.
