Accountant - Hillsboro TXKelly Services, Inc. is looking for a qualified staff accountant to join on of our top clients in Hillsboro TX. The accountant role will be performing a wide variety of bill creation, reconciliation, auditing and related accounting functions.Responsibilities
Monitor accounting activities and/or functions involving transportation and/or non-transportation.
Apply laws, regulations, and professional knowledge of accounting theories and principles to revenue processes.
Preparation of monthly and non-recurring reports.
Monthly account analysis
Journal entry preparation
Balance sheet reconciliation
Cash management
Prepaids and accruals
Month-end close
IFTA Reporting
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Payroll
Requirements:
3+ years of Accountant level responsibilities and experience
College degree in Accounting is required
Transportation experience preferred
Proficient in Excel
