CPA Firm with a diverse client base seeking an experienced Certified Public Account or Enrolled Agent to join the team! In this role you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
Tax Returns: Complex 1040, Business, Real Estate, Corporate, Partnership, Trust, 990's
Review taxes
Analyze financial statements to find errors and develop defensible solutions
Client contact and development
Work closely with CPA, and EA owners and the rest of the Accounting Team
Work with IRS Practitioner Priority, IRS Collections/Audits, Revenue Agents/Officers etc. to solve client tax problems including Offers and Streamlined amnesty
Qualifications:
5 years experience in accounting, tax and business problems.
Foreign experience - 8938, FBAR, 5471, 5472 & 2555
Proficient knowledge of Balance Sheets & how it Interacts with the AAA account & M1 and M2
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
EA, CPA or CPA tests completed
CPA Firm experience essential
Able to do 1031's on a tax return as well as dealt with IRS
Able to work without partitions (office)
