Job Description:

The Role You will take inbound calls from customers related to basic policy information, change processes/forms, policy questions and provide support/information to respond to questions and change requests; contact information updates. You will also provide details around general billing questions; offer assistance for updating payment options, and transfer/escalate calls as needed for continued and additional support.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess:
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, with effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • A strong attention to detail, time management skills, and a high level of accuracy when completing tasks
  • Typing skills of 30+ WPM
  • high school diploma/GED.
