Adara is seeking a Financial Analyst to support our Asset Management group. Our ideal candidate is a recent college graduate or 1-2 years post college with 0-1 years experience and we are willing to train. MS Excel skill is required.
This is a full time position; Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm.
Responsibilities include:
Monthly reporting to ownership on asset performance
Identifying trends in portfolios to mitigate risk and exploit revenue
Analysis of weekly and monthly trends and comparison to market data
Supporting the due diligence and closing of investment opportunities
Creating monthly investment reports
Create annual budgets and track/report variances throughout the year
Qualifications:
0-1 years financial analyst experience
Demonstrated MS Excel expertise
Demonstrated professionalism and job stability
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Organized with ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, team environment
BBA Finance or BBA Real Estate REQUIRED
