- Looking for a Python Developer who has worked with users to figure out business solutions in a large enterprise environment.
- Shifting through a lot of data right now, so working with large amounts of data is highly desirable.
- Specific needs for current project: Experience working on streaming architectures and moving large amounts of data, working directly with business teams to understand needs and can engineer solutions.
- Previous Oil & Gas experience is preferred.
- Basic understanding of finance and interest in the business side.
- Minimum 4 years of experience with python, using Pandas & NumPy (or similiar) & various databases including relational & non-relational.
- Minimum 3 years of API experience with a good understanding of them.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with containerization (Docker and/or Kubernetes).
- Must posses strong SQL skills.
- Must be local to HOUSTON, TX and open to working 50% onsite.
