EXPERIENCE IN CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION, DEMO, DECORATIVE AND SAW CUTTING IS REQUIRED TO APPLY
Responsibilities:
Team player and the ability to work well with others
Manage, coach and develop a crew/Team of 3-5 partners
Attention to detail and a desire to learn and perfect a true craft
Coordinate submittals, material orders, and job site deliveries with Purchasing
Coordinate with Field employees to maintain job progress
Provide change order proposals as needed
Handle project paperwork (contracts, change orders, project-specific forms, etc.)
Manage job costs by tracking spending
Determine billable costs each month for each project
Address issues with jobs and employees as they arise
Ensure successful close out and completion of all managed projects
Prepping and cleaning concrete surfaces
Mixing, stamping, cutting, coloring and placement of coating materials, staining, sealing, and various overlays of concrete surface
Surface preparation, form setting, spreading and leveling to desired depths of concrete
Finishing, shaping, smoothing, adding expansion joints, cutting edges
Break up and cutting of old concrete surfaces
Ability to carry 70 lbs. and more repetitively
Must be comfortable bending, kneeling, lifting, and use of small hand tools and large equipment
Must be able to work outside in environmental conditions
Knowledge of concrete pouring, finishing, and decorative techniques is a MUST
Valid and clean drivers license with reliable transportation to work or job sites
Must be comfortable interacting with clients and team members so personality is important
Qualifications & Requirements:
ï¼ Minimum of 3 years of pouring concrete and finishing concrete in multiple disciplines
ï¼ Minimum of 3 years of decorative concrete experience with various techniques
ï¼ Minimum of 3 years of experience in mixing, stamping, cutting, coloring and placement of coating materials, staining, and sealing
ï¼ Valid drivers license with clean record and reliable transportation to and from work/job sites
ï¼ Flexibility in scheduling ability to work long days and weekends is a MUST
ï¼ Minimum of 3 years of experience leading and managing Teams
