Job Description:
Texas Premium Services Co. is currently looking for a full-time motivated hard working individuals to fill-in a customer service telephone operator position. MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK Weekdays 1pm - 8pm and Weekends 9am-5pm
The call center representative must have the ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment where customer service are priority. Able to answer multi incoming phone calls, scheduling/ entering appointments and dispatching service out.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Must have the ability to multi-task handling calls for multiple clients in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment in professional and courteous manner.
Applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule full time shifts including mornings, holidays, nights and weekends as our call center is open seven days a week
Must demonstrate commitment, dependability and respect for clients, peers and company by coming to work and adhering to your schedule. Be punctual and ready to work at your scheduled time
Demonstrate the ability to work effectively and efficiently within a team atmosphere
Basic computer and typing skills are required
Assist customers over the telephone by answering their questions and service concerns
Secure sales and schedule appointments
Customer service experience preferred
Contact/Call center experience a plus, but not required
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must work well under pressure
Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
Work Conditions: Standard office environment, No dress code or uniform is required.
The ideal candidate will receive a proper paid training. Competitive hourly pay plus commission.
