We are looking for help for our small insurance office. We are looking for an Insurance Customer Service Reps. All training will be provided. No license is necessary. But we hope that a candidate would pursue a license once trained. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred. Positions are full time and in person only.
Duties include:
-Answering and directing phone calls.
-Keeping electronic records complete and up to date.
-Quoting home, auto, flood, motorcycle, boat & umbrella insurance.
-making changes to policies as necessary (adding/removing cars/drivers, change of address, etc) -sending proof of coverage to clients.
-processing customer payments.
