Looking for Certified Swimming Instructor for kids (5+) in Katy-Fulshear Area
Primary Responsibilities
Provide exceptional teaching and coaching to all the age groups (5+)
Provide parents and students with a safe, clean and welcoming experience
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Keeping the pool area safe, clean and organized
Provide high level of professionalism inside and outside the pool.
Provide fast and effective response to customer questions, concerns and issues.
Enforce policies and procedures
Flexible work hours (must be able to work Saturday Morning)
Requirements
Make decisions quickly and effectively
Have excellent customer service skills, energetic, enthusiastic, and motivational
Should be responsible, respectful, reliable and dedicated
Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
Comfortable working and build relationship with all age groups.
Ability to handle and resolve conflicts in a professional, tactful manner
Firmly but tactfully enforce policies and procedures.
Having good interpersonal skills.
CPR/AED Certified

Job Type: Part-time
Compensation: $20.00 to $25.00 /hour
Experience:
Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
