    Valves is going through biz transformation and digital enablement of product/services will be key game changer for the business. The goal is to connect and integrate all asset performance measuring tools into the cloud and analyze the data and drive meaningful outcomes to drive additional revenue predictive proactive maintenance and turnaround management.

    As a Director - Technical Product Management, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and prioritizing the roadmap
  • Operating both strategically and tactically in a dynamic environment
  • Managing and leading a team of software developers & designers,
  • Directing the efforts of the team towards achievement of strategic and operational objectives
  • Acting as a subject matter expert and advisor for specialized programs, systems and critical technologies
  • Collaborating with DT and business partners to eliminate roadblocks and oversee program execution
  • Assuming a lead role and determine project approach, system scope, resource allotment and budget planning to meet complex business requirements
  • Collaborating with customers and stakeholders to understand critical business success factors and key performance indicators
  • Managing and supporting the career growth of your direct reports
  • Leveraging technical skills in driving the team toward the appropriate design of the customer technology solution
  • Leading and managing project execution

    To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
  • Have 5+ years of technical product management experience leading highly successful products
  • Have experience with Agilemethodologies
