Project Manager – Industrial Construction
We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to join a growing industrial construction company. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing construction projects from planning through completion, with an emphasis on both new construction and repair work.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of industrial construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to maintain project quality and safety
Manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal team members
Provide leadership, organization, and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager in construction
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong understanding of both new construction and repair/restoration processes
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
