Our Turbomachinery & Process Solutions team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.

Partner with the best

This role is responsible for all activities relating to enhancing services technology integrating customer data, or capturing engines/products reliability, availability, maintenance, safety and other performance parameters. Includes hourly, nonexempt and exempt employees as well as manager roles responsible solely for these activities. Comprehensive in-depth understanding of complex and highly technical concepts and principles in the own part of the function. Strong knowledge of technical concepts in technologies that intersect with own technical space.

As a Repair Engineer, you will be responsible for:
  • Developing of repair and inspection technologies, process qualification, industrialization. Related program deliverables to repair facilities for new and updated processes.
  • Leading analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.
  • Communicating across direct organization. Presents to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.
  • Connecting the dots across technologies and develop cross-technology solutions; works on cross-functional projects/teams to deliver technology solutions for the business. Communicates across the function in area of expertise

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Engineering/Technology).
  • Have minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Repair Development.

  • Have ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.
