The SRE works as part of a team and often as a team leader, to lead and influence fellow Engineers.As a Senior Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for:- Identifying ways to enhance ARMS and clients' success and how they can personally contribute
- Analyzing strategic options to ensure the best possible outcomes whilst enhancing the success of others', respectfully
- Encouraging and contributing to the team culture to enhance others' success for the greater benefit of ARMS
- Working on multiple projects of moderate size or portions of major projects.
- Evaluating independently, selects, and adapts standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.
- At least 5 years industry experience in a maintenance/reliability role gained in mining, processing, oil & gas, utilities, or manufacturing
- Experienced in the application of reliability methods and techniques gained within relevant industry
- Experienced in data analysis including extraction from various data sources the ability to summarize data into conclusions
- Well versed in leading multi-disciplined groups in the facilitation of problem solving and/or process / maintenance improvement studies
- Experienced in managing projects and able to demonstrate skills in all project elements including timelines, deliverables, and budgets
