USD85,000-USD120,000The Accounting Manager will be responsible for the following:Oversee the activities of the finance department, such as accounts payable, draw requests, and payroll
Manage the production of and monthly monitoring of the annual budget and forecasts
Reviews deliverables of self and team to ensure that they meet client expectations
Prepare cash-flow reports that project cash needs at weekly and monthly intervals, and handle daily cash management
Perform tasks associated with month-end and year-end close of income statement and balance sheet, account reconciliations & G/L analysis
Timely billing and other cash management techniques to make sure cash collection is punctual
Assess, execute and streamline policies, procedures, controls and most methodologies
Comfortable handling responsibilities beyond formal job duties
Present management team with monthly financial reports
Advance initiatives, such as software and systems implementation as needed, with research, planning and implementation

Prior professional experience with a home builder or in the single family space preferred. Former experience in commercial real estate is a must.
Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
CPA NOT required
5+ years of experience and ability to complete hands on accounting work along with team oversight.
Solid knowledge of US GAAP and regulations
Advanced level of Excel understanding
Experience with SAP a plus
