Aero Alliance Process and Tools Leader

Role Summary:Aero Alliance (JV) is a newly set up company that needs to streamline his own processes and tools, starting from owning companies experiences building a its own ecosystem of preocesses and tools. The Aero Alliance Process and Tools Leader will coordinate and lead this contnous improvement effort, he/she will lead a small team of experts and lever resources identified in all other department of the company.Essential Responsibilities:Key for success will be a close collaboration with the Quality and DT team in JV, making sure that each process is correctly defined and endorsed by the company and it gets translated, where necessary, into a contemporary tool. As the Aero Alliance Process and Tools Leader you will:

Have a continuous interaction and collaboration with external key stakeholders (in the owning companies and and in key suppliers teams) will be needed too

Report to the Leadership of the JV timely he/she will help defining strategy to evolve business processes and will be accountable for executing it

Create and maintain the full deck of activities, managing the associated funding, starting from improvement identified during the integration/start up phase of the JV and moving on to a stable continuous improvement approach

Qualifications/Requirements:

Master's Degree in Economics or Engineering

Minimum 10 years of work experience in any of the following: Program management, Engineering, quality, IT

Desired Characteristics:

Proven process oriented attitude with can-do attitude and capability to deal with uncertainty in a fast evolving environment

Leadership traits, proven capacity of leading his team and guiding virtual ones

Strong influencing skills supported by excellent communication skills to act effectively in a multidisciplinary environment with multiple players even remotely located

Fluent spoken and written English

Availability to travel to key JV locations

Previous experience in either GE Power or Baker Hughes

Black Belt certification

Lean approach deep knowledge

Repair shop specific experience

Turbo machinery market knowledge
