Assist in managing all project aspects, including customer satisfaction, risk mitigation, contract review, and financial management.

Investigate customer concerns, implement solutions, and ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders.

Help manage project budgets, cash flow, forecasting, and expense tracking to ensure projects stay on course.

Assist in selecting and overseeing qualified subcontractors, ensuring successful execution of project tasks.

Work closely with engineers, technicians, and subcontractors to manage project schedules, tasks, and communication.

Review contract documents to identify potential risks and assist in developing effective mitigation strategies.

Gain experience in all administrative aspects of projects, from safety guidelines to compliance, contract management, and documentation.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (entry-level position, no prior experience required).

Strong organizational skills, a desire for personal growth, and an eagerness to tackle new challenges.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with mobile technology (smartphone/tablet).

Ability to manage resources, stay on task, and communicate effectively with team members.

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Physical and Safety Requirements:

Must be able to safely and legally operate a vehicle using a seat belt

Must be able to wear helmets, safety goggles, fall protection harness and safety boots to safely perform job duties

Must be able to twist the trunk of your body 90 degrees in each direction

Must be able to squat and touch the floor with both hands

Must be able to reach your hands over your head

Must be able to stand on concrete surfaces for extended periods, routinely up to 4 hours

This position is moderately physical and requires regular use of hands, fingers, walking, stooping, kneeling and climbing ladders. It requires employees to regularly lift and or move up to 10 lbs. and frequently lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. (may occasionally lift and/or move more than 40 lbs. with special approval.)
