QE lead will work across the organization to ensure engineering best practices (SCM usage and adoption, workflow tracking, transformation, code review, traceability, defect management, agile practices and accountability) are being maintained in a uniform fashion. •Must have experience on defining test strategy, process, coordinating with management and preparing the process document•Must have a strong experience is restaurant or QSR POS system functionality and POS architecture •Working with and coaching agile (scrum, Kanban, combination) development teams to evaluate ceremonies to help identify what is working well and potential areas for improvement.•Learn the business behind the teams in order to provide recommended solutions with a focus on return on investment and standard methodologies.•Assist with the teams and writing of QE standard methodologies.•Own the Testing Strategy and its implementation testing programs to ensure that the deployments to production are of utmost quality and the entire testing lifecycle is highly optimized and effective.•Build and own integrated test plan, Regression , Smoke and Sanity Suites•Implement and manage a Test Environment best practices with adherence to entry/exit and other toll gate criteria.•Implement effective Test Execution lifecycle management and reporting capabilities.•Build and maintain strong relationships and effective communications between the test teams and stakeholders.•Drive consistency and efficiencies in routines and reporting across towers and across programs•A strong background in Software Development Lifecycle and experience with Agile methodology based testing delivery.•Experience of working in large global organization with a matrix environment, utilizing virtual teams.
