DescriptionThe main responsibilities are:

  • Provide day-to-day support of existing applications, including resolving issues and implementing user requested changes
  • Provide training and support on a variety of data, analytics, and data culture skills and systems
  • Moving or migrating applications from one data center to another, or with large scale implementation or upgrade of enterprise-wide application
  • Clean and process data received from partners, execute data mapping, perform bulk uploads, and troubleshooting
  • Create and run weekly progress to goal reports
  • Manage the growth, performance, and professional development for a staff of two to three Business Intelligence/Business Analysis resources
  • Champion a culture of data informed decision-making, hypothesis-driven experimentation, practices of data collection, change management and use of data repositories
  • Identify and construct to measure our objectives, build, design dashboards and scorecards for executives, working groups, analysts, and the company at large
  • Educate partners and make strategic recommendations where needed, creating clarity about priorities and appropriate resource allocation along the way
  • Work with a broad range of cross-functional leaders in technology, supply chain, operations, sales, marketing, finance, and the executive team to understand and prioritize the needs for potential growth

ProfileThe main qualifications are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Science or Computer Science (Preferred)
  • 10 + years of successful Data Analytics and/or analytical team management
  • 5 + years of Database Design, Analytics and SQL required
  • Experience in the e-commerce and warehouse operations
  • Experience with data API Ingestion and data import/exports
  • EDI and data transformation Experience leading teams in leveraging historical data for advanced Analytics Initiatives
  • Experience balancing the demands and expectations of a broad and diverse set of partners, and have worked collaboratively at multiple levels of the organization to get the things done
  • Ability to lead within a lean, highly effective organization, making strategic trade-offs, and prioritizing effectively
  • A former data analytics product manager or owner preferred
