Responsibilities:

Process requests for Cell Phones and Hot Spots
Order devices
Capture information on the device for asset management purposes (IMEI, Serial Number, etc.).
Process cellular bills for payment
Review cellular usage for inactivity, overages, other and take action to address (modify plan, shut off device, etc.)
