DescriptionGalleria Property development company is seeking an Office Property Manager. To be considered, one must have 3+ years in property management as an Assistant Property Manager of a commercial office building or higher. Must be able to handle multiple projects, be solution oriented and have excellent communication and customer services/problem solving abilities. Will be responsible for Accounts Payable, Receivables, tenant collections when needed and budgeting. Must be able to review expenses and monthly budgets. Experience with Yardi almost required. Bachelor degree is a plus. This growing Property development/management company would like to full-time an individual with construction or build out experience. 5+ years in Property Management and 3+ as a Property Manager

Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and constantly changing company environment

Proficiency in Commercial Construction Projects

Adeptness in budget forecasting

Full charge bookkeeping experience desired

Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Excel

Negotiation experience highly desired

Yardi experience required

Significant accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred

Strong attention to detail

BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business-related field preferred

Commitment and abilities to meet critical business deadlines

5+ years of related experience- Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills

Strong analytical skills with ability to implement solutions and vendor management experience with good organizational skills

Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well

Highly organized, attentive, has a sense of urgency, flexible and able to deal with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
